Job Title: Office Administrator
Overview: The Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the mission, ministry, and professional practice of immigration law at Immigrant Hope - Greeley. This position ensures the smooth operation of administrative and office-related tasks.

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $28/hour | 18 hours per week

Requirements:
- Must sign the Immigrant Hope - Greeley Confidentiality Statement
- Must pass a Colorado background check
- Must sign the Immigrant Hope - Greeley Statement of Faith
- Must be a person of good moral character and integrity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Capable of learning and navigating immigration software, Cerenade.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to digital systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and manage case processing systems.
- Coordinate closely with Accredited Representatives to manage schedules and caseloads.
- Self-starter, able to see what needs to be done and do it.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and non-legal office personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all initial communications (in-person, phone, text, email).
- Conduct initial screenings for potential clients. Schedule appointments for services IHG provides or refer clients to outside immigration attorneys when necessary.
- Manage client intake in Cerenade, including scanning, uploading, and filing both digital and physical documents.
- Prepare and send mailings as needed, including legal document packages.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the equipment is operational.
- Handle payment collection, invoicing, and financial records in coordination with the Treasurer.
